Log Cabin Socks - Version 1 & 2

Just joined last week...and wanted to show off what I made over the weekend. First, here's the pair I made last fall for myself...(well worn, well loved!) Version 1:

This pair above is made with possom yarn, and I simply followed the pattern.
Next is a pair I made for a friend in need of something soft and cuddly.
Version 2:

This pair is made with Karabella Aurora 8 yarn and I followed the pattern with only one variation...I added a two row stripe sequence of contrasting color to the ribbed cuff and a contrasting heel and toe.


Version 3 & 4 will be posted at a later date...and those are for Christmas gifts!
